St. Margaret Mary School has been
providing a quality Catholic education to children since
1949. The school operates with a fiscally sound and
responsible budget. The budget is set by the board
and parish finance committee.
School tuition and the parish subsidy provide for 95
percent of the budget. The remaining budget to
operate the school must come from donations and fund
raisers.
There are many opportunities for individuals, foundations,
and corporations to make a gift to the school.

| The Annual Giving
Campaign |
This campaign provides an opportunity to
make an annual gift to the school to support the operating
budget and to provide other school resources as
needed. Gifts of $25 dollars or more are listed in
the school newsletter.

| Endowment Fund |
Gifts can be made directly to the school
endowment fund. These gifts go into the fund and the
school benefits from the interest of the fund. This
is a wonderful way to make a gift "in
perpetuity" to the school. The gift remains
"untouched" in the fund and then grows to
benefit the school.

| Planned Giving |
Individuals can make a "planned
gift" by including the St. Margaret Mary School in
their wills and bequests. Individuals can also name
St. Margaret Mary School as a beneficiary of their life
insurance policies.

| Gifts of Stock |
| Gifts of appreciated stock provide another
wonderful opportunity to make a gift to the school.
The donor can make the gift of appreciated stock and
receive tax benefits as allowed by law |
